Deer antler is our favorite whistle material for the field. Not only is a deer antler whistle tough and natural, but it's heavy enough to stay put on your chest when you're running through the field. This particular whistle requires little wind for a loud and full midtone. 
 
The irregular shape of this whistle gives it a deeper lanyard drill hole than most. Perfectly suited for a chain necklace, raw leather or other pliable material. We include a 6" cable tie, large split ring and swivel hook for a standard lanyard setup.
 
Individual whistles vary in shape and tone. Each whistle is handcrafted and as such, they also vary in blowing method (is that a term?): each whistle requires either open forced air or the closed tongue to the roof of the mouth "tttttt" method.
